2006 Schedule | Speaker Bios | Investment Project | Handouts
In the SWS Education Program, SWS participants attend weekly meetings where they learn more about the basic principles of finance and investing. Because our main mission is to educate women about these topics, anyone can choose to attend our meetings. However, in order to become a member of SWS, participants must attend every meeting, especially as there is a great deal of information covered in each seminar. Potential SWS members are also required to complete a final project in which they present a research report on a specific company and offer their investment opinion.
An outline for the Fall 2006 Education Program is below. For a more detailed explanation of the seminars, please download our program here.
All seminar times are from 6:00 to 7:45 pm and are held at the Democracy Center (45 Mt. Auburn Street).
