2010
Jade Clark '11, Co-Chief Executive Officer, is a junior in Kirkland House, hailing from Wichita, Kansas. She is currently pursuing a degree in Economics with a secondary in Social Anthropology and a foreign language citation in Spanish. In addition to her role as CEO in SWS, Jade is Vice Chair of Education Policy on the Harvard Undergraduate Council and a finance intern in FAS Research Administration Services at Harvard. The past two summers, Jade conducted an ethnographic study on the use of technology in one-to-one computing classrooms for the Ministry of Education in Costa Rica and interned as a research analyst in global strategies for Compass Group in Santiago, Chile.
Beatrice Liem ’11, Co-Chief Executive Officer, is a junior Applied Mathematics/Economics concentrator in Winthrop House, originally from Seattle, WA. Besides Smart Woman Securities, her extracurricular activities include playing flute and singing in MIHNUET (Music in Hospitals and Nursing homes Using Entertainment as Therapy) and course assisting for Applied Math 50. Last summer, Beatrice worked as a Summer Intern for BlackRock Alternative Advisors, BlackRock’s fund of hedge funds division.
Srinidhi Reddy '11, Chief Investment Officer, is a junior in Eliot House concentrating in Biomedical Engineering, with a secondary in Economics. Currently pre-med, she works as a medical researcher at Beth Israel Medical Deaconess Center as well as at the local hospital in her hometown of Hazard, Kentucky. Outside of academics, Srinidhi is an executive board member of Harvard's South Asian Association and a committee chair for Women in Science at Harvard-Radcliffe. Srinidhi is also an avid Indian Classical dancer, loves to read, and likes anything with sugar in it.
Sherry Chao ’12, Chief Development Officer, is an economics concentrator in Kirkland House. She currently serves as Chief Development Officer of SWS at Harvard as well as Harvard Trip Coordinator for the annual Warren Buffett Trip. In addition to SWS, Sherry is also involved with several other on-campus organizations, devoting time to Harvard Undergraduate Women in Business, the Ec 10 Unit Test Program, the Crimson Design Board, and the Harvard College Consulting Group. This past summer, Sherry interned at an accounting firm in Shanghai, China. Originally from Tampa, FL, Sherry enjoys going to the beach, spending time with friends, and frequenting art museums.
Connie Choi '12, Chief Financial Officer, is a sophomore in Kirkland House pursuing a concentration in Economics with a secondary in Psychology. Having worked in both the Consumer and Technology research teams, she is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer for SWS. In addition to SWS, Connie is also involved in China Care, an organization dedicated to helping Chinese orphans, and a member of AADT (Asian American Dance Troupe) and the Harvard-Radcliffe Kendo club. Almost all of Connie's hobbies involve either eating or cooking.

Diana Suen '11, Chief Executive Officer: Diana Suen '11 is a Social Studies concentrator, specializing in development and identity. She currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of SWS at Harvard. Diana previously served on the Financials team and as the Conference Logistics Director. In addition to SWS, she serves as President of The Harvard Independent and Co-Founder of the Harvard College Publications Network. This past summer, she interned with a microfinance organization in Uganda working on restructuring agricultural loan products to make them more effective. In her spare time, Diana enjoys traveling, attempting to cook, and trying new sports.

Lin Gao '11, Chief Financial Officer: Lin Gao '11 is a senior studying biology and economics at Harvard College. She is currently the Chief Fundraising Officer for Harvard Smart Woman Securities. This past summer, she worked in consulting in Asia.
Samantha Fang '10, Chief Investment Officer: Samantha Fang '10 is a senior in Winthrop House pursuing a concentration in Economics and a secondary field in Government. She currently serves as Chief Investment Officer after leading the Technology research team as Senior Analyst. Additionally, she is involved with several other on-campus organizations, serving as the Managing Editor of the Harvard International Review, Co-Chair of the Institute of Politics Survey Group, and Co-Director of the Asthma Swim Program at the Phillips Brook House Association. Last summer, Samantha worked as a Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs in the Private Equity Group. Samantha enjoys eating good food, drinking bubble tea, playing the piano, and traveling around the world.

Enhao Li '10, Chief Executive Officer: Enhao Li '10 is an economics concentrator pursuing a secondary field in psychology at Harvard. She currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of SWS at Harvard and sits on the Board of Directors nationally. Enhao was part of the very first SWS class at Harvard College and went on to lead the technology industry team as the Senior Analyst. She also served as the Chief Administrative Officer and sat on the investment board. Born in China, Enhao moved to America at the age of nine. She now considers her home to be Plano, Texas. Other than SWS, she is also very involved in Women in Business, sits on the board of the Harvard Youth Leadership Institute, and works for the Institute of Politics at the JFK School of Government. For the past summers Enhao has worked for Raytheon to explore her enthusiasm for the engineering sciences after having a patent pending; she also managed a well-known medical clinic in Dallas, exploring the world of small business and healthcare. In her spare time, Enhao enjoys traveling, knitting, ballroom dancing, and playing with her 5 year-old brother.

Jenny Cao '10, Chief Development Officer: Jenny Cao '10 is an Economics concentrator from Leverett House. Originally from Fort Collins, Colorado, Jenny moved to LA after freshman year, where she now frequents Malibu beaches whenever she goes back home. At Harvard, she is also involved in Women In Business, Small Claims Advisory Service, and Unit Test Grading for Ec 10. This past summer, she interned in Honolulu at a commercial bank to explore her passion for business and finance.
Prajakta Jaju '10, Chief Research Officer: Prajakta Jaju '10 is a sophomore pursuing studies in Economics and Computer Science and is the Chief Research Officer for the Harvard Chapter of SWS; in this position, she leads and guides the six Senior Analysts and their industry teams of close to 30 Analysts through training and education in finding and pitching profitable stocks to the Investment Board, on which she also serves. In addition to SWS, Prajakta is involved with several other organizations on campus; she is on the Bhangra dance team, a unit test grader for Ec10, an avid Member of Women in Business, and an associate for the Harvard Program for Asian and International Relations; this year, she is also serving on the executive board for the Women's Leadership Conference and is Publicity Director for the 2nd Annual Women in Technology Summit. Last summer, Prajakta spent an amazing 12 weeks interning in the International Search Team at Yahoo, and she is looking forward to seeing what the summer of 2008 has in store for her. In her free time, Prajakta enjoys oil painting, watching movies, and taking walks.

Kayley Laren '09, Chief Investment Officer: Kayley Laren '09 is a junior in Lowell House pursuing a degree in Economics with a foreign language citation in Spanish. After leading the consumer research team as its Analyst last semester, Kayley currently serves as SWS' Chief Investment Officer. Additionally, she is involved in several other on-campus organizations at Harvard and serves as co-president of CityServe Tutoring, director of Let's Get Ready, and Associate of Harvard University Women in Business. Last summer, Kayley worked as a Summer Financial Analyst at Goldman Sachs in Private Wealth Management. In her spare time, she enjoys running, baking, and working on crossword puzzles.
Aleksandra Prokop '09, Chief Operating Officer: Aleksandra Prokop '09 is an Eliot House economics concentrator pursuing a secondary field in sociology and an Italian language citation. Born in Poland and now hailing from Wynnewood, Pennsylvania, she graduated Lower Merion High School with honors in 2005. In addition to her role as COO and Investment Board member of SWS, Aleksandra works with the National High School Model United Nations and is a writing and senior thesis tutor with the Harvard Writing Center. She also enjoys serving as a Peer Advising Fellow for Harvard freshmen. This past summer she worked as a communications intern with The AES Corporation, a global power company. When not pursuing her academic and professional interests, Aleksandra enjoys exploring Boston and traveling worldwide.

Jane Fang, Chief Executive Officer: Jane Fang '08 is a SWS Founding Partner and leads the Harvard Chapter as Chief Executive Offocer. Originally from Austin, Texas, Jane graduated from Westwood High School '04 where she served as Student Body President. At Harvard, she is a senior Economics major. On campus, Jane serves as the Chair of Quincy House Committee and works as a tour guide for the Admissions Office. Previously, she has also been actively involved in the Harvard Undergraduate Council, Women's Leadership Network, Asian American Women's Association and Women in Business. After graduation, Jane will be investment banking for Merrill Lynch's Media and Telecom group in New York. In prior summers, she worked for Fidelity Investments in Boston, the 85 Broads Network in Greenwich, CT, and Varsity Media Group in Austin, TX.
Christina Grassi, Chief Marketing Officer: Christina Grassi '10 is a Dunster House sophomore hailing from Winchester, Massachusetts. Christina currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer and member of the Investment Board for SWS, and she enjoyed serving this past spring as the Senior Analyst leading the Media Research Team. Christina‟s passion for SWS stems from a belief in the importance for women today to be a part of the world of investing. At Harvard, she also performs on her viola as a member of the Harvard-Radcliffe Orchestra. Christina is an avid musician, and enjoys playing and performing on three instruments. This past summer, she ran a private music studio business for over 30 piano, violin, and viola students. In addition to music, business and investing, Christina enjoys many sports, from tennis to sailing, hiking and mountain biking.

Enhao Li, Chief Administrative Officer: Enhao Li '10 is a sophomore on the road to becoming an economics concentrator at Harvard College. Born in China, Enhao moved to America at the age of nine. She now considers her home to be Plano, Texas where she graduated from Plano West Senior High School in 2006. At Harvard, she is the Chief Administrative Officer of SWS, leads the technology industry team, and sits on the Investment Board. For the past two summers she has interned at Raytheon, the third largest defense company in the US, and explored her increasing interest in business and finance. Enhao hopes in the future to use her enthusiasm for technology with her new respect for business and finance to make a difference in the world.
Pilar Ochi, Chief Investment Officer: Pilar Ochi '08 is a senior Economics concentrator with a citation in French language from Seattle, Washington. She heads SWS' investment portfolio as Chief Investment Officer and has also led the consumer research team as its Senior Analyst. While at Harvard, Pilar has co-chaired the Harvard Center for European Studies Undergraduate Board, performed with the Harvard Ballet Company, and graded tests for the Harvard Economics Department. Last summer, Pilar worked on mergers and acquisitions deals as a Summer Analyst at Sagent Advisors, a boutique investment bank in Manhattan. The previous summer, she spent two months working in England to produce a database project plan and identify target markets for a company that develops luxury malls throughout Western Europe, and enjoyed an externship at UBS investment bank.
Elizabeth Stahl, Chief Operating Officer: Elizabeth Stahl '08 is a senior from Greenwich, Connecticut and is working towards an honors degree in Government and a language citation in Spanish. This past year, she served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of SWS in which she is in charge of organizing and coordinating the fall Seminar Series. As a junior she was the Senior Analyst for the Healthcare team, in which she led a group of five women to conduct equity research within the healthcare industry and prepare stock recommendations to the Investment Board. At Harvard, Elizabeth has been actively involved in the International Relations Council, the Intercollegiate Model United Nations team, Kappa Kappa Gamma, the Women's Leadership Conference, and Women in Business. This past summer she worked in the healthcare investment banking group of Lehman Brothers and will be returning to the firm full-time in July 2008.
