Laura Travers '12, co-Chief Executive Officer and SWS National Recruitment Director, hails from Westchester, New York. She is a student in the Carroll School of Management with a concentration in Finance and second major in History. Laura is passionate about personal finance education. In addition to her involvement with Smart Woman Securities, she serves as a Peer Money Mentor through the BC $uccessful Start Program. On campus she is also involved with the Appalachia Volunteers and Arrupe International Immersion Program. Beyond volunteering, Laura’s interests include Irish Studies, reading classic literature, and swimming. Laura previously interned at J.P. Morgan as a Private Banking Summer Analyst. She will be returning to the firm as a full-time analyst after graduation.
Sayoko Kumamaru '12, co-Chief Executive Officer, is a Finance major and a Chinese minor in the Carroll School of Management. Born and raised in Tokyo, Japan, she attended a private boarding school for high school in Andover, MA. At Boston College she serves as a member of the Women's Issues team for the Undergraduate Government of BC, overseeing many events and initiatives pertaining to spreading awareness about women's issues on campus. She is also involved in Women's Issues Caucus, Japan Club of Boston College, Women In Business, and Americans for Informed Democracy. Last summer she interned at J.P. Morgan in Tokyo as an Investment Banking analyst. Her interests are traveling, East Asian cultures, community service, Sudoku, and yoga.

Juliet Zawedde '12, Chief Development Officer, is a senior at Boston College majoring in Economics with a minor in International Studies. She was born and raised in Uganda, but currently resides in Waltham, MA. At Boston College she is involved with Smart Woman Securities, serving as Co-founder and Chief Development Officer since spring 2010. She has been able to explore her interest in learning about international cultures through a semester abroad in Madrid, Spain, where she was able to indulge in the cuisine, music and traditions of the country and its surrounding neighbors. Juliet has pursued a career in finance through competitive internships with Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Barclays Capital, where she will be returning as a Full-Time Analyst in the Sales and Trading Program. In addition, Juliet has dedicated her time to the non-profit sector, volunteering with homeless youth in inner city Boston, as well as participating in an international immersion trip with the Center for Global Education in Nicaragua. Her interests include step dancing and watching game-show television.
Lauren Wallace '13, Chief Operating Officer, is from Lake Bluff, IL, a suburb outside Chicago. She is a junior in the Carroll School of Management at Boston College, with a concentration in Accounting and an A&S minor in Faith, Peace, and Justice. In regards to her interest in business, she is a member of the Carroll School of Management Honors Program and co-founded the Boston College chapter of Smart Woman Securities, in which she serves as the Chief Operating Officer. Although she loves being in the business school, some of her favorite classes are through her Faith, Peace, and Justice minor. She has further explored her passion for social justice by participating in the Arrupe International Immersion Program, which included a service trip to Cholula, Mexico, this past winter break. She is also going abroad to Costa Rica this spring to live in the Monteverde Cloud Forest and study Tropical Ecology, Development, & Social Justice. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, running, volunteering, and travelling.
Sarah Olson '13, Chief Marketing Officer, is in the Carroll School of Management and plans on concentrating in Marketing and Finance with an Arts and Sciences minor in Art History. Born in Los Angeles and raised in Simi Valley, CA, she always dreamed of attending college on the East Coast. She is involved in Women in Business, the Marketing Academy, and the Carroll School of Management Honors Program. She works on campus in BC’s CSOM Undergraduate Dean's office as an assistant. Her interests include volunteering, traveling, independent films, yoga, fashion, and music. In Los Angeles, she also works for Limon Latin Grill and a tool and die company.

Amy Hinz '13, Chief Financial Officer, is from Lansing, Michigan. She is studying Accounting in the Carroll School of Management and Philosophy in the College of Arts and Sciences. At Boston College, she is involved in the Carroll School of Management Honors Program, Women in Business, the Synchronized Figure Skating team and the service organization 4Boston. Her interests include figure skating, running, reading, and traveling.

Alyssa Musmanno '13, Chief Research Officer is from Roxbury, New Jersey. She is a junior in the Carroll School of Management with a minor in History. At Boston College she is involved in the Student Organization Funding Committee, the Bellarmine Law Society, and the Student Admissions Program. She also works for a law firm in New Jersey. Her interests include reading, being with friends, and playing basketball.

Dara Fang '13, Public Relations Director, is from Shrewsbury, MA, a suburb that is an hour west of Boston. She is a student in the Carroll School of Management at Boston College, with a concentration in Accounting and a minor in International Studies. She also serves as the Online Editor for The Heights and is involved in Women in Business, the Undergraduate Government of Boston College (UGBC), and the Student Admissions Program. Her interests include yoga, food, traveling, reading, and life chats.

Taylor Johnson '14, Mentorship Director, is from South Glastonbury, CT. She is a student in the Carroll School of Management at Boston College with plans to concentrate in Finance and Marketing. On campus she is an editor of the Sub Turri, the Boston College yearbook, and volunteers weekly in the Student Admissions Program office. She is also part of a local volunteer organization called 4Boston, spending four hours a week at a nearby children's hospital in Brighton, MA, the Franciscan Hospital for Children. For the past four summers, Taylor has worked as a lifeguard, swim instructor, and swim coach in Old Lyme, CT. She enjoys traveling, swimming, volunteering and spending quality time with family and friends.

Megan Zink '14, Marketing Director, is from Cincinnati, Ohio. She is a sophomore in the Carroll School of Management with concentrations in Marketing and Management & Leadership as well as an A&S minor in Theology. She is a member of the Carroll School of Management Honors Program in which she serves as a Vice-Chair on the Community Service committee. She has enjoyed volunteering at BC through the Freshman Leadership Project last spring and as an Appalachia Volunteer this year. Beyond volunteering, she is involved as a Tour Guide through BC’s Student Admissions Program and is a member of Women in Business. In her free time she enjoys singing, baking, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family.

Beth Evans '14, Sophomore Representative, is from Rocky River, Ohio. She is a sophomore in the Carroll School of Management Honors Program where she plans on concentrating in Accounting with a minor in Human Development. At Boston College she is involved with the Synchronized Figure Skating Team, Big Sister Little Sister Mentoring Program, and Women in Business. Her interests include figure skating, ballet, and spending time with her friends and family.

Hannah Koch '15, Freshman Representative, is from Newtown, Connecticut. She is a student in the College of Arts and Sciences with a major in Economics, and a possible plan to minor in mathematics. She is also involved in the Big Sister organization based in Boston. Her interests include spinning, yoga, and being with friends and family.

Tracy Nunziati '15, Freshman Representative, is from Redwood City, California, just outside of San Francisco. She is a freshman in the Carroll School of Management and although currently undeclared, Tracy is considering a concentration in Marketing or Finance. In addition to her involvement with Smart Woman Securities, Tracy is a coxswain for the Men's Rowing team. She spent last summer pursuing her hobbies of rowing, baking, and painting. She also worked as an assistant coordinator at an art camp for girls.
